my friend let me borrow his account on xbox one so I could get destiny but when I tried to download it it just said buy£59.99. Is there any way forme to license transfer his games to me wi th out data being lost and without paying ?

We should not be giving out our account information to other users on Xbox LIVE, sharing accounts, or making someone else's console your home Xbox so they can play the games you purchase. That is actually against the Terms of Use and Code of Conduct. Please
be mindful that is considered marketplace theft, and if the enforcement team finds out you are doing that, it may result in all parties involved getting enforcement action on their accounts up to and including a permanent ban. It's fine to designate a friends
console as his home Xbox temporarily though while you're there.

Also I have another thing to add. I do not see why it is against the terms of use and code of conduct for a trustworthy friend to borrow a friends account with his permission so he can get a game they both enjoy and want to play together.however, I am grateful
that you have informed me that it is against the terms and condition and will swear to never use any account other than my own

You are responsible for everything done on your account qhether it's in your use or not. So while you may trust him, he could get your account and either changed information so you can't have it back or do something that violates the tersm and gets your
account banned. So it's mainly to rotext you from not having your account banned and losing everythinf.

License transfers will only transfer licenses between consoles. There is no way to transfer licenses between accounts.

The licenses are tied to the console so using the same hard drive would not transfer the licenses and licenses cannot be transferred via transfer cable. The only way to transfer licenses is through a licence transfer over Live.
