Can I transfer a license for a game that's on my friends xbox 360 to mine and play the game with my gamertag on my console? If so how would I do it? Thanks for your help!

No ones giving you their account login info why do so many idiots come on here and ask for someone to do that. Buy the game yourself or sign up for EA AccessClick to expand...

This. It's $5 a month or $30 for a year and you get BF4 plus other EA games and discounts on their digital content.

Unfortunately there is no way to transfer content between accounts. One content or a game is purchased on an account, that is where it stays. If you actually were able to get that content on your account, console and Gamertag it would be a violation of the
Code of Conduct and would lead to a permeant console ban as highlighted in section F. which states:

"Do not play any illegitimately obtained software or pirated games."

And in section H. which states:

"Do not attempt to use or share fraudulent methods to obtain content or Microsoft Points."

I would suggest getting what ever game you want on your own account buy buying either the physical copy or digital copy off the Live Marketplace.

License transfers will only transfer licenses between consoles. There is no way to transfer licenses between accounts.

The licenses are tied to the console so using the same hard drive would not transfer the licenses and licenses cannot be transferred via transfer cable. The only way to transfer licenses is through a licence transfer over Live.

License transfers will transfer licenses for all of your games. There is no way to transfer just one license. So if you use the transfer tool again, it will move your Rockband licenses as well.
