    i was playing at my friends house and migrated my account over and looks like he license transfer my stuff to his console i cant play my downloaded games offline can you remove my license from his console i can wait to transfer back to mine but i dont want
    him playing games i payed for and its free to him

    License transfer just happened without my consent?

    I was checking what license transfer was and didn't tell the xbox to do it, but for some reason it did it anyway.

    So now I have to wait until January to transfer some new games...

    Enforcement team ONLY reads threads in the suspension forums and those are only to find out why an account was suspended or banned sorry so they will not be able to help you on that.

    As above. You were misinformed. A phone rep may be able to do a manual transfer for you if you request it.

    This is a license transfer issue. The DLC is licensed to the gamer tag, and not the console. if you do a license transfer you will be able to play offline without issues.
