You can sort this by logging in to your child account on the console you want the license on and then transfer licenses.

Then log in to your other console with your main account and transfer licenses.

On your console

Go to Settings and select Account.

Go to Your Billing Options and select License Transfer.

Follow the instructions to transfer the content licenses.

Each console should have its respective licenses on the console you login and transfer to.

Once transferred the licenses will be available on the new console and anyone will be able to access the content on it. On the old console you will be able to access the content but if anyone else wants to use it you will need to be logged in.

The license is still tied to your friends console. You can use the license transfer tool once every 12 months to move incenses back to your main console.

It's a licensing issue. Since you're not on the console that downloaded the content the license will only work for your account. You can transfer the licenses to the console you're using now, but it will do the same thing once you get your console back.

The license transfer will transfer all licenses to the new console. The DLC then needs to be redownloaded (after the license transfer) in order for the transfer to complete.

You'll need to be aware that once this is done, any player will be able able to access the content on the new console but will require the original purchaser to be logged in on the other console(s).

Each gamertag will need to do the license transfer for it's specific content if you want everything to be on the console.
