License transfer problem...

We got a new xbox last Christmas and we want to transfer our games (downloaded) from my brothers profile (LaSwaggaGREGORY) to our new one ().

nobody remembers our email or password and none of the ways to retrieve email work because we cant find the email address. Is there anything at all that can be done to transfer the license?

And why can not I create a separate thread

No ones giving you their account login info why do so many idiots come on here and ask for someone to do that. Buy the game yourself or sign up for EA AccessClick to expand...

This. It's $5 a month or $30 for a year and you get BF4 plus other EA games and discounts on their digital content.

as Long as you know the email used for Login you can at least use a customer Support request for recovering your Password

if you do not know this email you might give a Chance to contacting xbox Support, they will ask a few things to be sure speaking with the account owner, and then can tell you the correct email

The license transfer does not transfer anything to another account. Nothing can be transferred between accounts. The transfer tool transfers licenses between consoles.

Did you do a license transfer when you got the console? It sounds like the problem is a licensing issue and a transfer should fix it.

An Xbox Hard drive Transfer Cable, does not transfer any licenses.

Just to be sure, did you execute the transfer of licenses on the new console? Since you will need to do it on the new console, doing it on the old console doesn't do the thing you want.

How do I obtain licenses for content?

Licenses are automatically acquired when you download content. If a license is missing or has become corrupted, you can access the download history on your Xbox 360 console and redownload that content to reacquire a license. This process refreshes existing
licenses and does not transfer licenses to a new console, unless the license transfer tool was used first.

You can transfer content licenses from one console to another once every four months.

If your console was recently repaired, or if you’ve purchased a new console, use the license transfer option on your console to transfer content licenses. Here’s how:

On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE using the gamertag that you used to purchase the content.
Go to the Settings, and then select Account.
Go to Your Billing Options, and then select License Transfer.
Follow the on-screen instructions to transfer the content licenses.

After the licenses are transferred, you need to download the content again to update the local licenses. This way the content can be used by other profiles on your console and when you’re not connected to Xbox LIVE.

Well, I took your advice and called the support line to see if this problem could be fixed. After about 3 hours of verifying my accoun and various other runarounds. I clearly explained my problem multiple times, mind you. I find out that i still have to
wait the full 4 months to do another license transfer. You would think there would be some kind of exception in this instance but once again Microsoft you have failed me. Thanks for the last 7-8 years of red ringed consoles , disc drive failures, and hard
drive crashes. It was fun while it lasted but I'll probably never purchase another one of your consoles again. Maybe you guys at the top need to focus a little more on making a quality product instea of making as much money of s cheaply manufactured product.
