License transfer fix

Discus and support License transfer fix in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Is there a way to transfer a disk game's license from xbox one to xbox series s?     Is there a way to transfer a disk game's license from xbox one to xbox series s? As I already paid for a physical copy I don't want to pay full price twice.

    Hello xBig, unfortunately it is not possible to transfer licenses, and in cases like yours the developer would have i release the version for free for the new generation as happen with Cyberpunk as an exemple.

    You can but license transfer is DOES not apply to disk it never has

    You will have to purchase it digitally or get a series x

    I think you misunderstand how home consoles work

    It doesn't apply to disk

    Did you do a license transfer when you got the console? It sounds like the problem is a licensing issue and a transfer should fix it.

    If the other profiles are not able to play the games, then it is a license issue so transferring the licenses will fix the issue, you would just be transferring the licenses to that console.

    The licenses are tied to your account so transferring them won't effect your ability to play them on your account.

    Have you done a license transfer? Sign into his account and do a license transfer. That should fix the issue.
