License transfer after account had been hacked

My son's account had unauthorized use happen this weekend. We have since got it back but the issue is the person who hacked him license transferred Madden 17 and NBA 2k17 with someone else. Is there any way to get it back so he can license transfer with
my other son like it he had before he was hacked?

GTA V Problem

Yes, you can License Transfer yourself.

1. From the Dashboard, scroll to the right to Settings.

2. Select "Account".

3. Scroll down to "License Transfer"

Occasionally after License Transferring, I still had to re-download said game.

Confused about sharing digital games and license transfer

Okay, can someone clear this up about transfering licenses for the 360? Let's say I wanna share Destiny with my friend. I buy the digital copy and I download it. Then my friend on her own separate 360 goes onto my account and downloads it. Now she did a license transfer to her account. She should be able to log onto her own account after she's done playing Destiny and play it. People are saying you would have to be on the account that purchased it to play it, and you have to be connected to Xbox Live at all time, unless you were on the console where the game was first purchased on, then it would be available for all the profiles on that console. Are they including if you do a license transfer or not? Because to my knowledge, once you do a license transfer on let's say account A to console B, then any accounts on console B can play any games that account A owns.

I would also like to add that it is very difficult to hack a gamertag without first knowing the login info. I would recommend sitting down with your son and discussing the problems with sharing login or personal info with other people.

License transfers will only transfer the licenses for the account you're signed into. So as long as he has had his own account and the games were purchased on his account, it will only transfer his licenses. If he was using your account, it would not be
possible to transfer only those licenses. A license transfer does not let you pick and choose which licenses to transfer.

@24hrs Once you do the license transfer you can use a secondary account to play the games(I've had a number of consoles done it before). But like Smwutches inferred you have to download the games AFTER doing the license transfer or the new license won't
take effect.
