    I want to license transfer my friends account to my xbox, but when i go to licenses transfer it says this can only be done a limited number of times a year. The Problem is that he hasnt done it once this year from our remembering. My gamertag is
    and his is NarniaAnAslan. Hope anyone can help.

    The license transfer tool does not transfer content between accounts but rather to new consoles. No content can be transferred from one account to another. As long as content is on the console that it was originally downloaded to, it can be used by all
    accounts on that console (with a small number of exceptions).
