License - paying 2 times

I have contact 3x the german chat support ( very very unfriendly) thats the reason:

i bought the license for destiny house of the wolves and crota for my account and now i decide to buy Destiny Complete Version from the Markeplace for 69€. Okay first time i contact the support and i get my money back for the old license.

Now I will buy Forza Horion 2 Ultimate Edition and they will not do that again. Only 1 time in the year? They have threatened me excluded from Xbox Live. Is it true? For 2 years ago it was possible to change the lizcence on an other xbox console, now its
on my gamerprofile. How much money I've spent on unused licenses? Why is the chat support so unfriendly? I was so angry that I consider to sell xbox after 6 years.

Physical to Digital

Is there any way to transfer a physical disc into a digital license without paying another $60 dollars?

Just because you buy a standard edition of a game doesn't mean you get a refund if you buy the ultimate edition.

Why not just buy the extra stuff you would get with the ultimate edition?

You were lucky to get a refund for the Destiny stuff,they really had no obligation to do that.

Trying to get refunds when there's nothing wrong with the game will get you banned for trying to defraud support.

I see when we digital only refund law will change to fit with the digital world. But we are long ways from this. And will not happen any time. Unless we get someone is pro digital comsumer.

It does sting a little when you buy something and then shortly after its free or discounted or bundled but that's the nature of anything. I'm afraid that anywhere you go you're going to run into this.

I doubt you'd be willing to pay "as much money as possible" if you knew how much 2K games pays for the licenses.

Every year or every time one of these sports orientated games are made, the publisher (in this case 2K) pays millions of $$ in licensing fee's. These licenses are finite and when they expire the digital version of the game is removed.

Since new versions of these games are available, there is very little monetary incentive for 2K to remaster one their previous games. It's just not going to happen no matter how much you want them to.
