License from 360 to Xbone

I travel back and forth from location a. to location b. I have a 360 in both states, and I'm considering getting an Xbone for both homes. My question is, once I log into an xbone with my gamertag, will I be able to do the same with the second one within
the 4 month time period? I buy a lot of digital copies and i'd like to play them in both locations. ive also recently license transferred my 360s, will the effect me being able to use my gamertag on an xbone

What technically qualifies for the discount? I got the game via license transfer am i still going to get my savings?

I really wish xbone had license transfer like the 360

I went to the HDMI Audio setting and there is no Digital Double® like 360 does OOTB.

I think they didn't pay license for XBONE

 

Digital licences for the 360 are only for the 360 and have no bearing on the One.

For Xbox One, you can log into your profile on as many consoles as you want. The first one you log into will automatically be designated your "Home Xbox." Home status can be changed up to four times a year. Home is essentially the same as the 360 licences,
in so far as it is on this console that anyone can play any downloaded game, whether signed in as the purchasing account or not. On any non-Home Xbox One, you have to be signed in and connected to Live as the account that purchased the digital game in order
to be able to play it.

As such, if one of the two consoles is in a place without Internet, that should be the one you designate as Home. If both are connected (you need to connect once for initial set-up, by the way) always, then the one you might want as Home is the one where
others may want to play your games, eg family based at one of these two locations.
