License for forza 6

I was able to playing forza 6 last week and I can't play it now, I called Xbox support and they told me to post here. It tells me that game is install and wants me to click play but then it says do I own the disc or game app. I downloaded forza when it was
free with games with gold and like I previously mention I was able to play last week and now I cannot.

EA do not hold the license for Porsche no more. The only reason we have to pay for the pack in Forza 6 is because when Turn 10 required permission to use it in the game EA still held the license.

This bit of your statement "there hasn't been porches used in Forza games since Forza 4 in 2011" is incorrect. Porsche was, and still is in Forza Horizon 2.

 

XBOX One Forza 6 Edition

Have my xbox one which I reinstalled after someone hacked my old e-mail account

When i reset my console my Forza 6 which follows the console was still available to be installed without any licenses code or anything

After a couple off month the game started to fail during start.

Reset my console once more, and now I'm not able to install the Forza 6 anymore

 

Forza 6 has not been a free games with gold game. There was recently a free play weekend for that game so you would have been able to download and play for free during that weekend, but you will need to purchase the game in order to continue playing.
