License expired on purchase

Purchased The Office from the xbox store about a year ago and suddenly tonight I am getting error code 0xc3360bc6 stating that the license for this content has expired. Note that it was purchased outright and not rented. I've played through the entire series more than once with the only issue being that sometimes the same episode will keep playing over and over until I manually exit the playback and select another episode. Annoying but not a real issue.

I followed the instructions to delete, download, and restore purchases twice but the problem persists. I tried restarting the console and then doing a hard reset and it still won't play. I spent a lot of money on this and would like to have it fixed asap.

Edit: Episode 3 will play but literally no other. This makes absolutely no sense.

Edit 2: The Office is no longer showing in Movies Anywhere App at all.

Edit 3: None of my movies and TV purchases are working now (they were playing prior to posting this)

1.Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices. Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

2. If the problems persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app. In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console> Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

I also received this error today regarding a season of a show I just tried watching.

I’ve owned it since 2018 and was even watching last night through the Xbox app, but cannot as of this moment

Videos are all rentals. I believe you have 24 hours from the second you hit play on it. After that, the rental expires and you have to rent it again.

If I remember right, the licensing is different for videos than for game content. I believe it's a bit more restricted than game licenses. For example, licenses for videos cannot be transferred during a license transfer. Licenses for games and game content
do not expire.

Correct, Videos use different licensing models than games. You are notified before completing the purchase that you need to download the movie before a particular date if you want to ensure that you'll be able to continue viewing it. X-Men: First Class
is currently in a "blackout window" where we cannot offer it to customers. This is required by the content owner. Unfortunately, as you've found you won't be able to view this movie until it is available for purchase again. We do not know when that will
be.
