Licence Transfer Without Permission!

My second main account, hobojo9, had been transfered to another Xbox by a friend, I don't think he knew what he was doing and in doing so, it left me all alone. I wanted to share Xbox live with my brother, Tinxxe who hadn't have any on the Xbox but now I
can't as it is on his. It says' Limit has been reached' please I want support, and a manual license transfer

Transfer data question.

Hi, to transfer content licences associated with your console you must sign in to the console with the profile used to purchase the content. Once signed in go to Settings > account > billing options and select licence transfer following the on screen instructions to transfer the licences to the new console so other profiles can use the content. Content can not be transfered across profiles only across consoles - hope this helps

Sorry to hear it. The Xbox One console doesn't really do license transfers. You set the console as your Home console and anyone can access the content.

I would begin by changing your email and/or password then contact phone support to see if they can assist you.

Sorry but this would not be possible, although your account has all the required permissions to play on you home xbox, the premium content is licenced to your home xbox. This would only be possible if you transfer the content licence to the "other xbox".

I believe you can, but they will only work on the console you download them to, without a licence transfer.

[/quote]Has your friend given you permission to access their account? Because if you transfer the licences from their account they will no longer own the licence to the content, and i'm sure they won't like that...

a lot of time is also waisted waiting for MS to grant the patches a licence, its not like devs can just push patches without permission from them i believe.....
