Licence Transfer for Black Ops 3 Season Pass/Digital Deluxe Edition request

Hello,

I am contacting in regards to a licence transfer request from a banned account that I have with the gamertag "xx Bazzaa"

This account was banned early november and I understand the reasons why it was banned and am not here to ask for it to be unbanned. I here to politely request to the XBLPET a licence transfer of the Season Pass or my Digital Deluxe Bundle of Black Ops 3
to my new account. That is all I am asking. It is the most expensive thing on my account, and it would break me to buy it again. And with the upcoming dlc 5 being released, i would really love to play it. I hope this gets to the right people and I hope this
request is granted. Thank you.

Black ops 3 pre order problem

Are you From Canada? At this time there is no Standard edition of Black Ops 3 In the Canadian Marketplace, I am not quite sure about the USA Marketplace.

The only edition available in Canada for some reason is the Digital Deluxe Edition, which includes the Season Pass.

 

Not receiving season pass and dlc with purchase

Can you clarify which version of Black Ops you purchased? The Digital Deluxe edition is the only version that includes a Season Pass digitally.

 

Once an account is banned you can't perform a license transfer anymore for that requires your account to have access to online services. The ban prevents you from access to online services so what you require is not possible.

 

it is possible actually. The enforcement team have access to the account regardless if it has access to xbox live or not. If they feel generous, or if they want to they can transfer anything on that account. And im not saying this cos i know 100% this is
what support have told me and have told me to do
