Kindly also delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then try again.

Hello, thanks for your reply. Kindly open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has the game pass and should change the store account.

After that, open File Explorer using the Windows key + E shortcut.

In the address bar paste the following line:

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

If there are Accounts and Cache folders available make sure that you delete them. After removing the cache, try to start the Xbox app again.

Thanks for the suggestion, have done so (again as it was one of the things we tried earlier), and it still makes no difference.

If you're on console it would be in your library in Games and Apps as ready to install.

On PC, it would be in your library in the Microsoft Store app or Xbox app.

You should also just be able to look the game up in the store and it'll show that you already on it and can install it from there.

Were all the games that aren't showing up in your library bought digitaly? If any of the games are disc and you played them off of game pass then they would show up in the xbox store as installed but then tell you that you can buy them to own forever.
If all games were digital purchases then there is some sort of bug with game pass.
