Library and game pass games disappeared on xbox app

Hello,

After I updated the Xbox app, I found that the library is empty although I have installed games, furthermore, the game pass section doesn't show the games posters or details properly.

I have to mention that when I installed the games I chose another partition other than C.

By the way I'm in the insider Xbox hub.

Thanks Rostom for answering.

I'm from Egypt. I tried to repair and reset Xbox app and Microsoft store but that didn't solve the problem.

I think I will go then with submitting a feedback to the Xbox team.

From which country are you located? If you're in the preview or Xbox Insider, we only have here limited support.

My suggestion here is to try to reset your Xbox app and Microsoft Store.

If that doesn't work, be sure to submit a feedback to the Xbox Team. To do that, click on the user icon in the top of the Xbox app and select Feedback from the dropdown. When reporting a problem in Feedback Hub, please use the default categories and include “#PCGPPreview” in your feedback summary.

I have the same issue, but from the UK. It seems lots of people are having this same issue of games "disappearing". There is currently no outage on Xbox Live and everything on my PC is up to date, including subscription to PC pass. I have tried repairing the app, resetting IP, restarting the machine, as advised and nothing works. Plenty of other people online having this same issue. Something is buggy.

Thanks for that info. Yes, since you're using a preview service, it's recommended to report it so the Xbox team will be able to find a fix to any issues you're encountering during the testing period before they fully deploy the service to the designated newly added countries for PC Game Pass.

Microsoft is phasing out the Xbo. console app. The Xbox app does not show non game pass games in the library.
