L'hardware di rete wireless su questa console non funziona Dovrai farlo riparare.questo è quello che mi spunta. quando cerco di fare configura rete mi dice che **** un cavo collegato ( rete cablata) quando non è vero. Mi sono stancata adesso che **** messo
la fibra ottica non posso utilizzarla. **** sempre avuto problemi. anche perchè senza wifi non si può fare nulla.

chiedo aiuto cosa posso fare? so che devo ripararla quando chiedo assistenza e inserisco come problematica connettivit rete mi dice che devo contattare il supporto tecnico quindi non mi permette di organizzare una riparazione

Problema wireless

Questa mattina (dopo aver fatto ieri l'aggiornamento alla nuova dashboard ) non si collega ad internet e mi dice l'hardware di rete wireless su questa console non funziona.dovrai farlo riparare,per farlo visita xbox.com/xboxone/repair. E' un problema di
hardware o dopo l'installazione della nuova dashboard bisogna impostare qualche cosa?Spero di non dover mandare la consolle in assistenza che non deva ripartire l'incubo che ho vissuto con la 360 mandata in assistenza un sacco di volte.Quali sono i tempi dell'assistenza?

Hey Werberth CRF! The console hardware is damaged and requires repair. Because you opened it you will not be able to do so, so you will need to purchase a new console. Thanks!

Sembra che tu abbia un problema di rete. Provare una connessione via cavo ethernet cablata all'hardware di rete.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being disconnected from online sessions on GTA V.

How long has this been occurring? Does this occur with any other title?

If you test your multiplayer connection on your console do you receive any error? If you do, I would recommend checking out the article that covers

troubleshooting multiplayer connection errors.

Additionally if your NAT type is anything other than
Open, you might also want to
troubleshoot your NAT type as well.

Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

Hi

As the console is less than a week only I would suggest you take it back to where you purchased it from and ask that they replace it for you as this will be quicker than sending it for repair.

Prior to taking the console back video the error along with the message displayed by the console to prove there is an issue with it.
