LG TV SHOWING NO SIGNAL EVEN WHEN XBOX IS PLUGGED IN

I recently unplugged my TV and XBOX to go to sleep. when I woke up in the morning and plugged them back in, it didn't work, yes the HDMI is plugged into the "OUT TO TV" HDMI PORT so nothing is disconnected, I have tried changing the inputs and it worked for about 5 minutes before the TV switched back to no signal again. I could hear the XBOX working on the TV but no video is actually shown? all it says is "no signal" and I hear a crackling noise coming from the TV.

I have performed a display reset on my XBOX but when I turned it on it was extremely low quality and I could not change the resolution back to 720p, then it switched back to no signal.

I don't know why this happened. all I did was unplug the cables. Now TV will not show any video OR sound anymore, the XBOX appears to be working fine, so I really don't get what happened.

Please help. I can't afford a new TV or XBOX at this time.

Hi RhianniWalker, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

If it's showing No signal it can be the TV's HDMI port or the console's HDMI port. To test it out we may need to use a different TV to validate. If it didn't work on a different TV it means that the console's HDMI port needs to be repaired.

My TV does the same. Starts the disc and plays all the 2d content, then when the 3d signal kicks in the TV loses the signal. If however I unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in again, the 3d image is displayed on the TV.

My TV is the LG OLED55E6T TV (firmware version 05.30.15

Hi tried all that no joy, box and dvd's all same region, when you insert a DVD after a few seconds TV looses signal from xbox have to shut down box and restart it for TV to regain signal TV is an LG only a few months old.

Also having issues getting tv signal. Typically when I turn my xbox on it takes 15-20 seconds for the tv signal to show up. Sometimes it takes an annoying minute or two before it comes on. Every once in a while it takes upwards of 30 minutes to show up.
I have un-plugged to re-boot more times than I care to recall. SOmetimes this fixes the issue right away...sometimes not. When I turn off cable box it comes up with the "we've lost your tv signal" message. Unbelievably annoying. Seriously considering
going back to separate inputs for tv/xbox....not sure how xbox is going to be integral to the home entertainment system if you cant even turn the tv on.

So without the ariel coax connected no problem, but when connected the whole screen scrambles. Could it not be getting a signal? Signal works fine on my LG TV so I'm confused.
