    Hi, I have an LG 43UF640V TV however the model is not available of the list of TV's for me to use my Xbox one media remote to control the volume among other things.

    When attempting to set this up I could not locate the model of my TV. I am using USB tuner to get freeview, so my option for HDMI is not needed. My Xbox and TV are connected through a HDMI lead.

    Is there anyway this can be added?

    I have spoken to a member of support through live chat only to be directed to here so I expect a valid answer/ solution to if this can or cannot be sorted.

    XBOX ONE S DISPLAY AND HDR PROBLEMS

    hi DANMOBLEY1 there is currently a compatibility issue with HDR10 in the firmware of some models of LG TVs.. and LG are aware of the problem and have said an update will be issued in the new year, i would double check and see if you model TV is affected.

    As the issue is specific to certain LG TV models, it is something LG would need to resolve.
