LG C1 Black Screen with Sound

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing display issues with your console.

- May I ask i you already tried resetting your console's display settings? like this:

• If there's a disc in the console, eject it.
• On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn off the console.
• Unplug your console for a minute to make sure it's completely off.
• Press and hold the power button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

* You’ll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Do not let go until the second beep occurs.

- If this doesn't work, could you try going on your TV display settings and disabling any HDR, Dolby Vision, and special viewing mode settings such as Game mode?

- Additionally, may I ask if you have any external devices plugged into your Expansion Card or USB ports?

Same issue here bought a bluray disk was so excited to watch it on my Lg C1 using my Xbox series X! 20 minutes into the movie black screen with sound and nothing I do fixes it unless I disable the 24 hz mode which puts the colour down to 8 bit this is absolutely unacceptable why has this not been fixed yet?

I purchased this console because it had a bluray player now I’m thinking of returning it!

I have LG CX 55" same issue have tried new HDMI and still black screen pops up sounds running, Very annoying either MS or LG need to get a fix to this issue wife has a Hisesnse u8g doesn't have this problem. By the way on my LG have tried different ports uninstalled re downloaded and still black screen

Anyone find a fix for this yet? Is there a mode we can turn off on the LG TV? I have an LG C1
