    Hi Guys,

    I just got the LG B9, so far so good, but I have one question that maybe is known here, is an issue I'm having with the Sony X9000F sound bar, I have my xbox one x connected to this bar for dolby atmos passing
    thru to the TV, when connected to the sound bar, the xbox one x loses VRR and ALLM (these options are greyed out when connected to soundbar), If I connect my xbox directly to the TV I'm getting these features enabled, the sound bar is earc and HCDP 2.2 eArc
    capable, do I need to configure something on the TV to have these features enabled?, or this is a limitation of the soundbar not allowing VRR and ALMM?

    Xbox Series X Dolby Atmos sound delay

    I have same issue with an LG B9 (OLED55B9PUA) and LG Soundbar (SN8YG) connected VIA eARC.

    Hi. I have a Series X and bought 4 days ago a LC C1 55"

    Yesterday while playing Warzone and Halo Infinite w/ 4k@120 fps // HDR // Freesync Premium & VRR GSync activated on the TV // HGIG // Using the series X HDMI 2.1 cable --> every (5-20 minutes) i get a black screen for about a second before the image goes up again (audio still there) ive tried to:

    • Turn off Freesync Premium keeping VRR GSync activated but that didnt solved the issue
    • Go from PC mode on the LG to Game mode but that didnt solved the issue
    • Turn off completely the Xbox series X and unplug the LG C1 but that didnt solved the issue
    Has anyone experienced this? is there a workaround? this didnt happened with my X900H 55" Sony (granted i didnt activated VRR in that TV)

    I dont even know if the issue is VRR or if its another config of either the TV or the Xbox
    Same issue!! is almoust a year i'm talking with xbox customer care or LG customer care. many clients has the same issue. then i bought also a samsung, problem solved! it is LG working with xbox the problem.

    Dolby Atmos not working

    I have an Xbox One X connected to an LG soubbar that supports pass through and that is connected to a LG tv. I an getting video issues that also makes the atmos go out of control on my soundbar. I am also in the lasted preview program. Why is this happening?
