This is an LG issue, not a Microsoft issue. I've read multiple times LG needs to release a firmware update for this to work.

 

Hello!

Try to disconnect all cables currently attached to your Xbox including power cable.

Wait a few minutes and plug them back. Try turning on your console with the power button.

If the problem is still on, try another TV in order to check if the XBOX works properly.
