    Hi,

    how do I get the above setup running?

    Right now, the xbox displays FullHD, either streched or with black borders left and right.

    How can I use the my XBox with the displays resolution 2560x1080 via HDMI?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, Xbox One S and X do not support 'Ultra Wide' display type resolutions with 21:9 aspect ratios. Unless this changes with a system update, your only option is Full HD 1920x1080 in 16:9 aspect ratio.

    Hi,

    Obsessive Abassador is right. Xbox does not support the 21:9 Aspect Ratio. HDR10 support seems to work, but I cannot select my Display Resolution.

    OK, black bars is it then ;-(

    Waiting for the system update.
