    difficulty levels

    In the game goto menu - game options, and make sure the option to change level is turned on. Then when you start a game, it will ask which level you want to start with.

    well ive been attacked by one at level 3 on the way to ivarrstead luckily it was a frost dragon and i was a nord still took me like 15 min to kill thats what i dont want to happen

    You do get extra EXP, yes, but only in the way that your combat skills will be in use more and level up more quickly.

    If you don't want to get rolled by a Dragon, you'd best get some practice in and figure out how you want to level.

    No-one can tell you how you'll enjoy playing, it doesn't make any sense.

    I personally will suggest trying the game from start to finish on Master, because the low levels are much more satisfying and interesting on Master.
