Level completion achievements not unlocking!?

I've played through the first 4 levels and only the achievement for completing the first level has popped. I'm not playing co-op or anything. I tried googling this problem and haven't found anyone else with this problem. Is it glitched? Anything I can do?

Achievements not unlocking

In Halo: Reach and also Battlefield 3 there are some achievements that after completing the description are not unlocking. For example, in Halo: Reach the level completion achievements are not working. I do not participate in boosting or any type of cheating.
Please help, I am serious bout gamerscore.

Achievement Help

I've had an achievement pending saying "Done! Unlocking..." for over 2 months now, "Don't Panic" for 30G, which is just a level-completion achievement for the level "The Real World". Xbox support told me to leave this post with the reference #: 1292440162

I've been having same problem. I've completed 12 levels, and so far 2 of them did not give me an achievement. I even went back and replayed them, but nothing worked. I had to delete the game and re-install once because a boss level fight with Magneto
would not allow me to do what Thor was supposed to do with his hammer. I've also been robbed of characters that should have been unlocked for completing tasks. It's very frustrating to say the least. I had the game on 360 when it came out and never had
a problem with it. It's been a nightmare on the XBOX One, as was other games. Guess I won't be able to get 100% completion on The One.

I had the same problem with Xbox One version (levels 6,7,8,10) with the specific achievements not unlocking.

I simply replayed the levels in 'Free Play' and the achievements popped the second time.

I always skip the last cutscene then don't press any buttons then the achievement pops 3 seconds later.

Achievements must be unlocked in games that you purchased that progressed and completed this offer, as stated in the FAQ:

Level 3: Ford the River (UNLOCKED BY LEVEL 1) - Earn 5,000 Rewards Credits for completing five achievements in the game(s) you purchased as part of Level 1.

Since you would not have completed level 1, you would not unlock level 3.

Yes. Any skulls with 0x modifiers will not let you unlock level completion achievements. Although, you can still unlock achievements for finding collectibles, easter eggs, and the achievements where you can't use a vehicle throughout the duration of the
level.

While playing Ryse I finished 4 levels but some reason the achievements didn't unlock. It also happened on Lego the Hobbit, I cleared the first level but only got the achievement for it after I completed the second level
