    Ok well my thread is there, you can see the content.. since you wont help - hopefully someone else who reads it will. I want the phone number to someone i can speak with (not the regular csr number, theyre the people who wont accept MY DRIVERS LICENSE,
    MY BIRTH CERTIFICATE, AND MY SOCIAL SECURITY CARD as adquate proof of who i am ROLFMAO.

    Before you reply, think carefully. If your going to write me off and dismiss me again - every chance exists that if i end up having to get a lawyer involved they will see it, use it as ammo, and your superiors will have no choice but to dismiss you for
    abysmal customer service.

    now hopefully we are past thumping our chests.

    Through experience it is evident you cant help me. Ive tried all you guys offer online and spoke to your "customer service" via phone. They wont return my account without my console ID. Its absolutley hilarious that someone can get my account with my
    console ID but i cant get my own account with the same information that I can use to achieve ANYTHING (bar xbox live account retrieval) in the world INCLUDING JOINING THE MILITARY LOL.

    Yea im jaded, bitter, aggravated, frustrated, and ***.

    So if you can help me - great, thats why im here. if your going to tell me to kick rocks because im nearing my final option because of your ignorant policies.... well im no worse off than I am before I came here and its certainly not surprising giving the
    results ive gotten from you guys thus far.

    glad you can just take my account and keep it even though i can prove beyond any shadow of a doubt i am who i say i am. Free up my screen name, refund the money i invested in it and you can have it. Otherwise i'd like my account back thx.

    I bought Tom Clancys Rainbow Six: Siege through the store on my Xbox One console. It said that a download code for Rainbow Six: Vegas and Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 would be sent to my Xbox Message Center, which I'm assuming is just the message system on the console
    itself.

    I bought this title on Saturday, February 20th and it is now March 3rd. It's been over 10 days. I have called Xbox Support twice now, and on the second attempt I spoke with RJ, a support rep who advised me to post about the issue on this dedicated forum.
    This is my 3rd individual thread reporting the issue. I understand everyone is busy, but when I read other threads in which the other user was answered not too long later, within a few minutes, I get frustrated.

    Perhaps it's just me, but when I buy a game I'd like to play it as soon as I can. Now please, for the love of gaming, somebody help me out before I loose the last bit of patience I have.

    I found some executive emails and sent those out. Also found the corporate phone number that the subordinates are trying to stymie/stonewall customers from obtaining. Godbless the internet right?

    Anyhow, appreciate the lack of help. I hope one day your told your government issued identification isnt adequate for your video game account LOL.

    Last microsoft product ill ever buy. I never thought ever...ever... that the worst customer service experience ive ever had would come from a company like yours. You should all be ashamed..

    Wonder how ya'll are gonna feel when i get my account back in the end? Hope it was worth all the bs.

    P.S Mr Mod - your colleagues on the microsoft answers forums were infinately more polite, receptive, helpful and compassionate.

  5. Hey there, Titian. I’m truly sorry to hear about any inconveniences this may have caused, please believe me. The unfortunate side of things is that we are unable to give you access to the account you say you own without the information like Console ID. This
    is because the system will not let us go further without that provided information. If the information on your account is not up to date so that you can gain access to it, neither can we.

    I do understand the frustrations that this can cause. The only way you can get assistance with this issue is by calling the normal support number and talking with our support agents there. The only way we can provide any information on the account is by
    having your contact information up to date or having the required information like the Console ID so that the Global Escalation Support team can look into it. While it is designed to keep others out of your account, we do understand that it can cause frustrations
    in these kinds of situations because of how secure the accounts are.
