Let’s talk (banned)

Hello, This is going to be a long one so bare with me. Back on January 31st I was hardware banned on xbox and Xbox live in general, which includes pc, I was at shock at first but I went to the enforcement page to see what I had said that had resulted in this ban, I had came to nothing other than the automated message that I had participated in extreme harrasment etc, which my record of communication bans backed that up. When I filed my case review instead of being an intelligent human being and explaining myself I made a sob story, as at the time I had covid and had just been banned from a game 3 days prior, so it wasnt neccesarily the best week of my life. After I filed the long sob story of a case review I was told that my ban was warranted, which makes sense as I didn’t really explain myself. But the thing is, is that I soon got an appeal 1 month later, in which I stated that I had matured as a person and that I owned up to my mistakes and had learned not to pin my actions on other people. But to my avail I had recieved a “Not Approved” status message where the appeal button normally would be, which put me at a loss for words. Im basically just asking what do I do now? I still completely respect Microsoft and the enforcement team and im certain my ban was valid, as I dont have the cleanest record with Xbox, but I have gone to every length to try and reason or at least speak to enforcement but nothing has worked. I have spoken to microsoft support even though they cant help, along with trying to email the enforcement team aswell. I know that device bans let alone permanent bans in general are VERY serious, but is there anything left for me to do? Im not sure if ive ever put this much effort into anything, which yes does sound kind of sad, but its the truth. I hate to say it but ive spent months going to countless websites trying to find anything to help me only coming out with very little. I understand Permanent bans are permanent for a reason, (hence the word permanent) but if anyone has any advice for me in the future in trying to somehow manage to get my account back please let me know. I know enforcement has countless appeals and such which makes me no different than anyone else but I seriously want to work this out with enforcement in any way possible. I have never meant any harm on xbox, nor towards anyone on it and I hate to see my account go like this, I understand I am no different than anyone else that has been banned and I dont expect any sort of special treatment but any help would be greatly appreciated, if anyone needs me to explain myself or provide any information I gladly will, I just need help, and want to work this out in a mature manner if at all possible, thank you and I apologize for my previous and recent actions.
