    i so need help!

    I purchased in the microsoft store 'lets sing platinum addition' for $104.95. I didnt read anywhere that it needed a disc, the lets sing 2020 installed first- so i had a look at the game while all the others downloaded. It worked fine- when i went to check
    out the add ons, none of them would open. so these are all the other versions that were supposed to come with the platinum edition- 90's hits, 80's hits, country hits etc. i cant open any of them? It says they need a disc? it also doesnt say what disc is
    needed and where to get it. It should have clearly said it before purchase.

    I tried to get a refund but because i had checked out the one that did install, i now cant. Had i have known i would have just purchased this game by itself for $54.95.

    I'm so frustrated that i cant just call someone for help. This is a so confusing and i feel as though ive just wasted money - big time.

    can anyone please help me?

    Is there a way to backup or transfer the original xbox DLC?

    By the way, about the Platinum versions of both systems, The Platinum edition of RTCW for the PC does not equate to the Platinum Hits version of RTCW Tides of War on the xbox.

    The platinum edition of the PC version has Enemy Territory, and all the new maps that they included when they updated the game from 1.0 to 1.33, and the fact that the platinum edition is really the 1.4 and latest version of RTCW.

    The platinum HITS version of RTCW tides of war on xbox is exactly the same as the normal version. Platinum hits is the xbox's version of Playstation's Greatest hits, which is a budget range of popular titles.

    I purchased the ultimate edition of diablo 4 but only have the base edition in my library. How do I fix this problem?

    I have a similar issue,

    The process for acquire the ultimate edition for Xbox series x (buy It on preorder, xbox+ diablo base edition) was as folllows

    In game, on shop I purchase a 2500+300 platinum first and then a 200 platinum.

    In game, purchase the ultimate edition with platinum.

    Current version says base edition install on xbox (74 GB download)

    If i check ok Xbox store the available editions, show the price for purchase.

    Anyone know whats going on?

    The 360 version is the 'Platinum Hits' edition, but not the PC version...:)
