Let's Sing 2020 did not work

Hello, my game let's sing 2020 has not worked for a few days. Can't use phone as a microphone because no code appears. I have the message "smartphone code service not available"... I chatted with a tech but it didn't help, the game still doesn't work. I was deleting data from my local drive and that didn't work either, including reinstalling the game. Is there anything else that can be done to try to fix it?

To be able to assist you with this issue, is your Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription active and working correctly? You can check it at https://account.microsoft.com/services if it is active. It could be that your subscription isn't working, and given that Let's Sing 2020 will require you to use online services, you would need to have one of those subscriptions working.

In that case, make sure both your phone and your console are connected to the same internet connection. If that doesn't also work, then you would have to contact the game's support for further help, sadly.

I have checked the status of my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription and everything is fine.
The subscription works fine and I can use the full library available there.
Today I checked the state of the console through the Microsoft supports website and everything is fine. There is one message about a problem with the game but it is related to the game Hallo Infinity.

right, i think i have found a solution!!! sing in with someone else (like a friend) with gold, let them load a game up to see if it works for them, the they sing out and you sign back in! that easy (after 2 weeks of trying to find
away)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if this dose not work, get a different Xbox (swap it with at friend) or get a PS4 (like i nearly did!)

I understand you need help on using your Microphone to the Xbox.

If you have already plugged in the device on the console from the USB port in front, you still have other USB ports at the back of the Xbox console, you can use them as well so that you can use multiple Microphones.
