    Let us delete Messages easily


    we should be able to click on the Messages and delete all the messages without having to open each message and select a drop down to delete the message. Let us just click and highlight all messages and delete like windows explorer does.

    Would make cleaning things up much faster / convenient

    Fail in Log in

    If that doesn't work, delete your profile ONLY following these instructions:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete     - Then clear the cache once more following Saphris's link, and download your profile again. Let us know if you run into any error messages.

    Hey there Brown! What happens when you try to move or delete your profile? Do you get an error code or message? Does this happen if you try to move or delete any other content? Let us know, thanks!

    Hey there OP,

    Typically achievement issues are related to a profile syncing problem. This can easily be resolved by deleting and re downloading your profile. If this doesn't help please let us know and we can work from there 😀

    So I am facing two enforcement from the same chat, and it is very confusing

    Messages only stay there for 30 days before they are automatically deleted so this could quite easily be for something that happened before then.

    Communications covers other things as well.

    As Internet Expert said,there is nothing anyone on the forums can tell you as the enforcement team don't use the forums.

    I cant save my clips i get the same error message. Also is MS aware that you can easily delete the wrong clips if you dont wait a 2 seconds for the clip menu to load. If you start scrolling before it is completely loaded it will choose another clip in the
    background and delete that one. Please fix this.
