  1. "Let this app access your info?" Help

When launching a multiplayer game I downloaded on game pass, the first time this message appeared, I clicked no. Now, whenever I try to create or join an online session, I'm completely blocked from doing so. Is there anyway to re-enable this pop up/ change the permission status? I've already gone to microsoft.com/consent and removed the game from the list of apps I've allowed access, and still have this issue.

    :)

"Let this app access your info?" Help

Tried a few times to both uninstall and reinstall, as well as use the verify and repair tool to fix the issue but neither fixed the problem.

Interestingly, after making and using a dummy local account, I was prompted with the "Let this app access your info?" pop-up, this time making sure to click yes. Doing so added the game data back to my list of "apps and services you've given access to", yet the the online is still non-functional, both on the dummy and my main account.

I've had this issue with this particular game in the past, but I can't recall how I solved it. Looking around online, the online multiplayer problem I'm having seems to be a common bug, and I haven't had similar issues with other games I've gotten on the Game Pass. I think it's safe to chalk this one up to some kind of connection issue, either on my end or the game servers.

"Let this app access your info?" Help

Knew to check the NAT and server connectivity in the Gaming tab of the windows settings, both were open and connected respectively. Double checked this was this still the case in the Xbox Companion App, and followed the directions in the second half of your reply to the letter just to be certain; on my end, everything's as right as rain.

Ran the game again, but to no new changes. Again, I've had this exact issue in the past with Gang Beasts in particular, but I don't remember exactly how I remedied it. I'm fairly certain it involved receiving several spammed invites from a friend until one of the systems at play gave up, and let me join my friend's lobby.

Oh well. I do greatly appreciate your help on the matter!

Thanks for the feedback, let's try checking something on your end:

Open Xbox Console Companion app > go to Settings > Network
Wait until everything charges, and let me know what's saying on NAT type:

If its something different to Open, it means that some ports in your internet settings are not opened completely, and can cause issues with games, like this one

Let me give you the needed ports for you to open:

    Port 88 (UDP)
    Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    Port 80 (TCP)
    Port 500 (UDP)
    Port 3544 (UDP)
    Port 4500 (UDP)

That should work once you open them. Make sure to contact your Internet Service Provider for this.

If NAT type is open now, do this:

    1. Open command prompt as admin.

    2. Copy and paste below command. netsh interface Teredo set state type=enterpriseclient clientport=3074

    3. In Windows, open All Settings - Gaming - Xbox Networking (not in the Xbox app)

    4. On Administrator Command Prompt copy & paste the command: netsh interface Teredo set state type=client

    5. Back in Settings Xbox Networking, hit the Fix It button

    6. Check again button should show not working

    7. Back at Command Prompt and copy & paste the command: netsh interface Teredo set state type=enterpriseclient

    Did you tried that again?
Ask a friend to send you lot of invitations until you're able to join it?

Or indeed are you playing the game now?

Thanks, may I know if you ready tried reinstalling the game to see how it goes?

If that doesn't work try instead create a new local account on your PC, then open the game using that local account and try playing online
