Let the Ambassadors rate the person we help or report wen suddenly close the chat

For the ambassadors we need a way to reports the people we help and suddenly his behavior is not well or accord to the rules, they close the chat and can give bad comment on us, but we can't do anything. in the oner way give rating in some way wen they do
good questions and behave in a good way. I am new in the ambassadors program but i like to help and be part of a growing community of gaming.

has anyone had trouble when talking with people when they contact us ambassadors for help

lately i have had people contact me with questions on the ambassador chat and when I say yes and start to chat, they say nothing back to me and then i have to type exit to exit the chat. what the heck is going on and if us ambassadors have to exit the chat
do the people we talk to get to still rate us or not. someone please help.

 

Finding players which you've just played with.

I don't think we can rate people, just report them and let the mods rate them. Just speculation though.
