    Let me get this straight...


    I spent $500 on a brand new Xbox Series X only for it to be faulty and have to send it back. Microsoft customer service tells me they’ll give me a free month of Live service and refund me my $9.99 expedited shipping fee after I recieve the order number.

    As expected, 7 phone calls and several hours on the phone later, Microsoft refuses to refund me the shipping fee or give me the month of service they promised because “it’s not in their notes”. How is that my fault? Listen to the call recordings.

    You shipped broken products. That’s your fault. The LEAST you should be doing is paying for the shipping and giving a month of Live service.

    Worst. Customer Service. Ever.

    I’m glad I bought it from Walmart. Im sending it back the minute it returns repaired. Someone else can deal with it.
