    I play apb reloaded and people have redeemed codes that are less than 25 characters. Is there any other way to apply codes other than through the redeem code menu?

    Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.

    this message appears if you have a promo code. A Xbox code has 25 characters, those promo codes most often have less than 25. How many has yours ?

    If the card has a 25 character pin number, then you should be able to redeem the code on https://redeem.microsoft.com/ or by using the redeem code options on the Microsoft store on Windows 10 & Xbox One, as well as the Xbox app on iOS and Android.

    If the card has less than 25 characters, then check the instructions that came with your code, it should state how to redeem it.

    Hi,

    I'm not familiar with what type of code this is, but if it's 25 characters long then you should be able to redeem it on your Xbox One console. If it's any less than 25 characters than this would be something you'd have to redeem in game.

    I don't own FIFA 14 for the Xbox One so I'm not sure where the menu would be exactly in-game. You may want to ask
    EA Support for that information.
