Less than 2 weeks ago, saw the $39.99/12-month - was unable to do it - it just was not going ...

Less than 2 weeks ago, XBox dashboard showed $39.99/12-months - i tried but it was not going through. We have been paying $9.99 per month for a very long time and not being savvy about xbox and games, I didn't know about such promos and how they work.
So, I thought that maybe because we have already paid for the current month, I will have to signup before my credit card is automatically charged for the next month. I changed the payment method and removed the auto-charge option.

The month-to-month subscription ended last night and now, when i am trying to get this $39.99 promotion, it is not showing it to me.

I signed up my son for $59.99/12-month and for more than an hour, either his friends could not join his game or they couldn't hear him. We signed out, signed back in, rebooted the router, and tried everything and no luck. After spending an hour or so and
also, reaching out to Support (Harry Cris), finally it has started working. Harry has been very helpful

I hope that we can get the promotional rate. Thank you.

Walmart.com has 12 month cards going for $39.99 right now unless it's sold out. I bought mine 2 days ago, shipping is free on it if you spend over $45.00 on your order.

 

Xbox Gold Live Expired or Not!!!

My friend has just looked at my account and he says that the 27/03/13 date is reffering to the CoD Elite date. So it looks like I do not have the Gold live at all. But why, if I purchased 12+1 month and redeemed it less than 2 months ago!?

 

Promotions like that are shown at random and to different accounts for different reasons. Unfortunately if it's no longer showing on the dashboard the promotion is either over or just no longer available. There's no way to push a promotion through.
