Less pc mobas more console mobas.

After reading this thread, I don't think I want to play a moba.

 

Defy Lightning, judging a game from reading a thread is a pretty poor way of judging, But nonetheless not everyone likes mobas and that's ok.

The sad part is when it comes to hatred towards one another Moba is worse then Cod, i know pc master race fan like to make fun of us console players and how all of us are just jerk weed cod players but the funny but sad part is pc got games like league of
legends that has far worse jerk weeds then cod.

Why? because in a moba it's heavily team depended and if your teammate are jerks they will make it their mission to screw you over and make you guys lose. That's the biggest downfall for Mobas, but i still love em and with my damaged wrist i'm unable to
play them with a mouse so i'm hoping in the future console get's a good moba that thrives and changes the out look on what people thought couldn't be done.

Defiance isn't a moba, it's a FPS MMO.

So far the only mobas on console i can find or think of is Guardians of middle earth, awesomenuats, Monday Night Combat.

Gome being more close to the traditional Moba style, and awesomenauts being a more new style side scroller moba. and Monday Night Combat being a 3rd person shooter moba.

These games were made before the tittle update fee change.

The Fee i believe was the number one reason mobas and many other games failed on the console.

But now that microsoft removed the update fee in april 2013 i Believe (i could be wrong on the date) developers will have an easier and more comfortable time making good games for the xbox 360/xbox one, which ever they choose.

 

I wish all the MOBAs would move to consoles so I wouldn't have to see them anymore. One of the most boring genres I've ever tried. It's like tower defense but less fun and more repetitious. I don't see why it's so popular, maybe it's just the hype and the
potential to win money if you have no life and do nothing but practice the game.

 

Good games on a console that when release was out of date?

 

So far there's LOTR: Guardians of Middle Earth, Happy Wars (MOBA lite?) and Awesomenaughts (I think that's what it's called. It is a bit of a complicated genre to port over to console.

[/quote] It looks like that at first glance but it's far more complex then that. It's pretty hard to understand the game with only a handful of hours to be honest. It takes up a lot of time just to learn but once you get the basics down, it's pretty enjoyable.

What is wrong with a game being enjoyable from the start of play. Why should I have to play for a few hours to 'earn' that.

 

voteDC Mobas are very competitive, they aren't really a game you can just get on and play and have fun. Don't get me wrong moba are fun but if you aren't a competitive person you won't enjoy yourself.
