Lens cleaner

Yeah I already tried this. But once again unfortunately where I'm located nearest place is over an hour n' half away. Used to have a Game Stop store in town but went out of business along with the one local owned gaming store we had.

I get it your work for Xbox so your going to say never use lens cleaner. But I actually did A LOT research on the matter and found out that it is completely safe and an effective way to fix the issue.

I don't work for Xbox or Microsoft but have been playing on xbox since 2002 & also have a lot of experience with electronics in general.

Every manual that has come with a Xbox console since the original xbox tells you NOT to use a lens cleaner in your console.

The brushes can cause no end of damage to the lens amongst other things.

I assure you that as someone who has spent 20 years in hime electronics and media, they are not safe. Not one qualified repair tech I know would ever use one, they use a fine qtip. Those bristles are far too coarse, and they drag debris st high velocity across the lens.

. Even more importantly they tend to get jammed in slot loading drives, so that’s a double danger.

I wouldn't use a lens cleaner on the 360,going from personal experience it makes things worse.Sounds like your going to have to send it of for repair.

If it does not work try to install the games to the HDD if it installs 100% your good to go. If it still says unreadable when you are installing them i would recommend sending the xbox off to be repaired. (Hope you still got your warranty available)
