Lenovo Legion Y530 Laptop Won't Boot Up

As the title says, my 4-5 year old laptop wont boot. I have an external monitor and it says "no video connection". I was playing rust a few days ago, when my game froze up and audio started repeating. It happened often, so I thougt I just had to restart and so I did. It wasnt of any help because the screen was blank and it wouldnt boot.

Here is what I have tried so far:

• Disassemble everything but the motherboard and rebuild it,

• Only use one ram stick,

• Acess BIOS,

• Do multiple power cycle resets,

• Use an external monitor, like usual, I play on an external monitor.

I have tried reconnecting all the hardware cables at least twice now. I believe my motherboard might be fried. What else can I even try? I do not think it would be worth taking a 5 year old laptop to a repair shop, because it would probably have many more severe problems in the future.

The repeating audio happened every time my laptop every froze, usually during longer sessions or demanding games. My laptop has an nvidia graphics card and an intel cpu with integrated graphics, so shouldnt it fall back on the integrated graphics if anything happened with the gpu?

Uku, if the device got stuck while playing watching loops in the audio and no longer shows video even connecting it to an external monitor, everything indicates that the problem is in the graphics card, unfortunately and due to the age of the device I do not think it is profitable to try to repair it since if it is an integrated graphics card you will have to replace at least the entire motherboard.

It does not always happen automatically and it could also be happening that the problem is precisely that you are using the integrated graphics and not the Nvidia, but by not being able or not showing video you cannot verify which of the 2 cards is the one that presents the problem or if it is ultimately the motherboard

I actually didn't check if it was running on the graphics card but it was running flawless, but now the game stops for multiple seconds.

My PC specs:

Lenovo Legion Y530

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8300H CPU @ 2.30GHz

RAM: 8GB

Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050, Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630

This will depend on the type of external storage. If it's a USB hard drive, you could connect it to Legion Go using a USB-C hub. It won't be possible to play iOS games on it though, they are only playable on iOS and Mac devices.
