There are over 1 million people playing this game. There isnt that many houses. If you look closer I said that my friend and I live in the exact same apartment. Yet we are in our individual apartments even though its the same apartment, same room number,
same garage. So this is how people will share houses. You will have your duplicate as someone else will also. You two would be living together but you will never see each other. This is not brain surgery dude. Your looking to far into it. This may also never
come as you cant believe everything you read on the in game internet. By your theory 1 person would own and rent out to people. Well what if they decided to quit playing the game. By your theory no one would ever be able to rent that place because the guy
stopped playing or sold his game. Think of how hard we work to make cash. You think Rockstar would let you just sit around your house collecting money everyday?

I'm talking single home. How can two separate owners enter same house on same server? Wouldn't be the same as a high rise building with multiple apartments in it. Its a conflict of interest. I even emailed Rock Star about it as well. Renting single
homes would be only answer. Or first come first serve for buying, one owner for it in the world. Since most likely half the people already sold this game first week of broken online after they complete story mode.

If (a big if) they come out with these it will not be first come, first gets to own it outright and charge people rent. Everyone will be able to but it. Multiple owners just like the apartments. They would not give people weekly income. I doubt that we will
ever have weekly income. Defeats the purpose of grinding which is 99% of this online mode.

Oh yeah the Lenny Avery Realty only shows three pictures on top of its website page. Picture on left some mansion with a pool. Middle picture of a house or duplex. Hard to tell. Then picture on the right shows a picture of the city in the distance. Mainly
skyscrapers. Curious of the lowest price point? A cool $1 million for the lowest? Skyscraper big whopping $100million or more? Rent out each apartment on the inside and collect rent? Curious if these can be owned or rented? I know I suggested rental
properties in the last argument of not able to have multiple players owning a single home/house in same server. Said rent first come gets it to rent it for time being in that said server.
