Also on the pc shows ammunition showing a stun gun pistol. That new weapon in next dlc as well?

 

Oh yeah the Lenny Avery Realty only shows three pictures on top of its website page. Picture on left some mansion with a pool. Middle picture of a house or duplex. Hard to tell. Then picture on the right shows a picture of the city in the distance. Mainly
skyscrapers. Curious of the lowest price point? A cool $1 million for the lowest? Skyscraper big whopping $100million or more? Rent out each apartment on the inside and collect rent? Curious if these can be owned or rented? I know I suggested rental
properties in the last argument of not able to have multiple players owning a single home/house in same server. Said rent first come gets it to rent it for time being in that said server.

 

I bet its first come first serve for single houses. Start saving money cause I bet these luxury properties will be expensive.

 

If (a big if) they come out with these it will not be first come, first gets to own it outright and charge people rent. Everyone will be able to but it. Multiple owners just like the apartments. They would not give people weekly income. I doubt that we will
ever have weekly income. Defeats the purpose of grinding which is 99% of this online mode.

 

How is a single family house gonna be used going in same door way? Seems fake compared to the high rises we have now which could be over 100 apartments in each building. Yeah a server only holds 16 players. But the odds of two people owning same cheap
house will be so easy.

 

it would be nice to have something more, though this new apartment that I found, is much better than the 400 thousand dollar one. the only way I would even consider getting into another apartment or a house, is if I can customize it like the sims or something

How can two people go into a door at the same time? My friend and I live in the exact same apartment and if we enter at the same time we will be in our individual apartment separate from each other.Same thing would be with a house.

 

Also you cant own a 2 car garage house and a separate garage. 1 or the other.

I'm talking single home. How can two separate owners enter same house on same server? Wouldn't be the same as a high rise building with multiple apartments in it. Its a conflict of interest. I even emailed Rock Star about it as well. Renting single
homes would be only answer. Or first come first serve for buying, one owner for it in the world. Since most likely half the people already sold this game first week of broken online after they complete story mode.
