    Lenguage Region Problems


    I'm from Guatemala and i bought an "Xbox one S geas of war 4 edition", but when i try to use the code of: Geas of War 1 and Geas of War 3, it say that i need to change the lenguage region, i don´t know what to do because i bought the console on Amazon, so
    the console is from USA, i've change the lenguage region to USA, and Spain but none works, so i dont know what to do.

    Someone can help me?

    If you can post the error message/code you receive, it will help narrow down the issue to find out if it is a problem with the code itself or another issue. Since Gears is backwards compatible, it doesn't matter if you're trying to play it on the One or
    360. Gears 1 is region locked so usually the problem is region related.. If your account region does not match your physical location, the code will not work. You do have to be in a region where the game is available for download.
    Change how you pay

    Add a new way to pay and follow the steps . To Check your xbox región on your consolé go Home>SETTINGS>All settings >system> select lenguage and location
