Lego Worlds freezing

You may have a corrupted download, When I get this issue I have to do 3 things in this exact order, Uninstall the game, Clear local saved games, Then install again. I have found that if I don't clear my local saved games ( you don't lose your saved games
don't worry) I just install the same issue again, Maybe that will work for you

Hi choppyseize, thanks for your help.

I did it....twice.

I tried to install on na external HD and I had the same problem.

Now I am tinking of requesting refund and buying the game in CD format

I'm sorry to hear the game is still freezing after doing all of the above troubleshooting steps. If you would like to request a refund for this game, you can fill out a

refund request webform.

If for whatever reason the webform does not load up in your region, then you will need to contact Xbox Customer Support in your region and request it through them.

Select Billing

Say No thanks to the virtual agent

Select Error Messages and codes

Skip step 3 and go to step 4

Select request a callback from support

I requested a refund.

Now I will by the same game but in CD. I hope I will say "it works".

Xbox Insider program? Was the game installed through a disc or digitally? Is there an error message or error code that appears when the issue occurs? Be sure to let us know the results!

thanks for the feedback. Your idea was very good and I did the procedures. Also, I reinstalled the game, changed the zone (I live in Brazil), but it did not work.

SLB4EVERPT

If the above solution doesnt work you can also try to Factory Reset and choose keep all games and apps option
to not delete your games installed.

Let us know if it fixed.
