Lego Worlds freezing

Yesterday, November 17th, I bought Lego Worlds. After the download, the game was successfully installed, but I can not play because the game freezes in a short time. I've turned off and on several times
and checked the network connections. All my other games work except this one. What can it be? Do you have patch fixes?

Sorry to hear it. My wife experienced the same problem. Unfortunately this is an in game issue that Warner Bros. is aware of. They say that they're working on a fix for it but your best bet is to contact them to let them know you're experiencing it too.

As for the saves, I'm afraid that there is currently no way to restore them. You'll need to start again from the beginning.

 

Have you tried to re-install the game? Also you can try power-cycling your console.

 

If the above solution doesnt work you can also try to Factory Reset and choose keep all games and apps option
to not delete your games installed.

Let us know if it fixed.

thanks for the feedback. My console is not enrolled in the XBOX Insider but if you think it will be a great and the program can help in solving the problem, I can register. I downloaded the
game by Microsoft Store and there are no errors messages, simply freezes

I'm sorry to hear that the issue is still persisting. Now, I've thoroughly read every detail you provided on what you've been able to try. Since you've done all the available steps to troubleshoot and since it seems to be only Lego Worlds that you're having
issues, I recommend reporting the bug/issue to the developer of the game.

Try reinstall the game and try clearing cache. Put
your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you .

I tried your tips but....nothing.

Right now I am in contact with company developer and I assigned Xbox Insider to give feedbacks about erros.
