    Lego Worlds Corrupt Save After New Update


    I don't know if this is the right forum but I couldn't find one for Lego Worlds. After the latest update for Lego Worlds the game has frozen up on us. When we try to load the save it says it's unable to load it. We can't start a new game because our galaxy
    is full and we need to delete worlds. My five year old son is in tears because we cannot access our game. We've logged 35 hours on this game, have 740 discovered items and 77 gold bricks. Is there a way to fix this or another patch coming out? If our save
    is gone or unusable we are done with this game. We are not starting over. Its being returned or traded in. It's very frustrating and my son is upset because of all the work we've put in to it. And my son doesn't understand why we can't play it. After checking
    online it seems to be a widespread problem on all platforms. So why was it released? We've played almost all the Lego games and have loved them and were having a blast with this one until our save became unaccessible.

    Corrupt Cloud save game

    Recently picked up some new packs for my kid's Lego Dimensions and the game first had to perform and update to include the Wave 2 game packs. Once complete, we tried to load our save game from Cloud storage and it reads as corrupt. Is this an Xbox Live issue
    from its recent update, or is this a Lego Dimensions problem, and what can we do to attempt to restore our save game? We began to save our games to the Cloud because we were told that one of the benefits was specifically prevention of corrupted files that
    may happen from saving on the hard drive. Thanks!

    2. Start Minecraft and create a new world, then save and close Minecraft. ...

    4. Cut the files (but not the folders) from the new saved world folder.

    Lego Jurassic World Version Mismatch.

    The update for Lego Jurrasic World may be stored with the game saves. If it is, then you will have to delete the update from there. then start the game, then refuse the update, you should then be able to play it offline for now.

    If you're playing with a disc (say the old xbox one version) then it could be the disc is damaged. If it's happening on only one world it could be a corrupt save file. Respectively you'd have to get a new disc or delete the corrupted save file.
    If it's not either of those issues, maybe try reinstalling the game?
    The thing is, im not using a disk. I have the game digitally. All of this started happening after i recently left the insider progam due to the 1.16 update being released and i have tried reinstalling the game to no avail. Also it happens on every world

    So somehow overnight it fixed itself enough to allow me to resign in with my gamertag and my settings seem to re-synced. However, I tried to pop onto my Minecraft world first and it corrupted the save data of a world. I'm trying to recover it now- but as for the xbox issue, I don't know how, but it's more or less resolved after three system resets and clearing all my accounts which seems to have corrupted save data. I'm worried that it will have corrupted more than a little Minecraft world, will return with an update later.
