Lego the incredibles

Im playing through Lego the incredbles and trying to get the "Truly Incredible" and "Luck favours the prepared" achievements which requires you to complete all the family builds and collect all the red bricks in the game, i have done both these things
as i have access to all red bricks and have 22 out of 22 family builds completed on the pause menu, but neither of the achievements have unlocked for me and are holding me back from pursing other achievements and 100% the game. I need some help please.

Thanks for updating us with your replies. Sorry to hear that your achievements having come through yet. I'm a LEGO games fan myself and have had a similar issue in the past as well with achievements not appearing, even after 72 hours (took about a week).
Sometimes, this can happen due to your connection to Xbox Live, and sometimes it can just rumble around the cloud for a while before magically appearing. You may also want to give a try to the troubleshooting that XBF Javier recommended from that support
article as well.

Since you've already power cycled your console, you may wish to also
remove your profile from the Xbox and then re-add it so that it will help re-synchronize your account. Fair warning that you may need to wait an additional 72 hours to see if the achievement shows up.

i did what you said to the letter my xbox has just started back up and im now on the dashboard but the achievements havent popped up yet.

yep tried the solutions on true achivements none of them worked, i mean it hasnt been 72 hours yet but i dont really want to have to wait that long

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
