    Lego the Hobbit DLC codes not working


    I purchased Lego the Hobbit for the Xbox One from Walmart yesterday and tried to scan the 3 exclusive DLC codes that came with the game but they didn't work. I figured I would try to type in the code but that didn't wrok either. I even tried to enter them
    on the website and it just keeps giving me the "Something went wrong" message. What do I do? How do I get these?

    Lego LotR vs SWIII

    I would go with the Lego Lord of the Rings. You get to play through all 3 films, and it just plays amazingly. And in March there will be a Lego Hobbit game that will follow the first two Hobbit films with a dlc expansion for the 3rd Hobbit film.

    Same issue here, upon contacting support all I got was "try again in 24 hrs the team is working on DLC redemption", but I get the feeling thats just the response I got bc they couldn't figure it out as this wasn't stated until the end of our conversation.
    After their 24hr wait time nothing has changed. It would be nice to see a Microsoft rep comment on this and know that they are looking into it at the least.

    yeah opsman2169 i wouldnt hold your breathe, from what ive seen on this forum, this is where problems go to die quietly. wierd thing i noticed the sticker on the game from walmart says must redeem by 2019? not sure why it says 5 years from now.

    I'm having the same issues with my codes. I'm just hoping that these codes will still be valid, once the the issue is resolved!! I have a feeling the code will not work on a later date, giving me a error message "saying this code has already been redeemed!!!

    same and I spoke to customer service and the lady told me to contact Wal-Mart , then they said to contact who made the game . this is bull they just keep pointing the finger

    Same thing for me. Tried using QR code and entering manually on-line. Just getting "Something went wrong" which is pretty useless!
