    Lego Star Wars - Xbox Live - Family Issues


    My daughter is trying to play Lego Star Wars TCS. The game does not connect to her gamer profile when she is logged on to xbox with her xbox profile, so she can not save her progress. But it works fine when she logs on using my xbox profile. Other games work fine... Can anyone help?

    Hi Ruchan, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    We will be needing to remove and re-add her Xbox 360 profile on the Xbox so you can successfully play the game without any issues.

    Please follow the steps below:

    1. Load up an Xbox 360 backward compatible game

    2. Press the menu and view button on the controller at the same time to open the Xbox 360 guide

    3. Press "X" to sign out of your account

    You should see an option labeled as "Download Profile" then press "A" to confirm

    4. Enter your Microsoft Account credentials.
