Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga DLC Not Downloading

So I just purchased the Deluxe Edition of Lego Star Wars The Skywalker Saga, and the main game downloaded fine. The problem is that all the DLC is just in my queue and they aren't downloading they all are just labeled "queued". Any help to fix this would be appreciated.

You will find folders for all your crashes with the crash info in xml format

Please try this in your console

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

Did you preorder the disc version or the digital ? The digital comes with the Classic Obi-Wan Kenobi character, the disc version does not. Also, the storm trooper pack is available now for digital preorders but will be available to disc preorders on May 4th. DLC's will be coming on different dates and should automatically download when available. Disc Deluxe preorder : Solo and Mandalorian season 1

I preordered the digital deluxe so here is a picture I took of the packs I have installed. If you have the digital and are missing any packs here are the links you can use to remotely start the download on your Xbox. I had to do this for the Storm Trooper Pack.

I had already tried a new windows install, and with a different user. The result was the same.
