Hi.

I have a similar problem.

I have activated Xbox Live Gold and could download Xbox One Lara Croft with GWG for free but, for some reason, I cannot download Xbox 360 Star Wars Lego: TCS for free.

When I click to download it in the Marketplace it shows that it's going to be charged.

Do you know why is that?

My Xbox Live Gold subscription region is Brazil.

Guess just needed to wait a little while to Xbox Live Gold subscription to be processed by Xbox 360 Marketplace.

 

I have kind of the same problem,when I go to Xbox store it just says show price on lego Star Wars tcs and if I press the button it says something's about backwards compatibility and then is I press the button it says I have to make the purchase on my Xbox
and not on Xbox.con but I am already on my Xbox ...

 

Hi, I have the same problem on both XONE and on xbox.com (from PC). Both time the error message says "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." I have a paypal account linked to my Xbox account and have used to previously to download
backward compatible games (through the Games With Gold subscription).
