Lego speed champions add-on won't work

Hello everyone, I got lego speed champions add on for Forza Horizon 4 for the kids, it was working fine until we changed the console from xbox one to xbox one x, it worked a couple of times then whenever they want to go to lego valley it says you don't
have it and need to buy it, but it still appears on my games and apps, I tried clearing local data, uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and the add on, changing the profile, sometimes it works for once or twice then the same problem appears again,
I'd be thankful if anyone can help with this.

Hi, oh yes I forgot to mention it, I contacted Forza support and they said I should contact Xbox or Window support for this issue.

So glad you got it working! Unfortunately some games like Forza need a system restart to gain access to the new content. so when in doubt Restart or do a full shutdown and reboot. Hopefully this information helps save you from any further frustrations.
